Sacsayhuaman could be declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity
The archaeological site of Sacsayhuaman will be declared within one year as Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco, indicated the Director of National Institute of Culture in Cusco, Mr. David Ugarte. Unesco has already approved the request, and the recognition will take place in one more year. The City of Cusco and Machu Picchu have already received the same recognition.

Ollantaytambo Illuminated

New archaeological foundings in Choquequirao

Germany donates US$ 100,000 to Bruning Museum
The German Government will invest more than US$100,000 to finance a complete refurbishment of the Bruning Museum in Lambayeque, indicated the Director of the museum, Mr. Carlos Wester La Torre. The project will start in January, 2005.
