 POLICY OF NO CANCELLATION FEES
 
Because our main goal is always give the best service to our clients, PeruTourism has created the Policy of no cancellation fees, designed to refund you the payment made (*) in case you cancel the services already booked with PeruTourism, up to 45 days before your arrival. We will pay it for you!

This policy is only offered by Peru Tourism to our customers,

* Valid only for parties not larger than six (06) people.
* Valid for every destination throughout Peru.
* Valid for cancellations 45 days before your arrivval. Cancellations after this term, please consult your travel assistant
* The domestic or internacional air tickets are not included in this Cancelation Policy.

Special circumstances will always happen. A new job, an accident, a newborn... These are things
we can not control and we think that it is not fair that because a contingency you will also
have to pay a number of penalties (most of the time almost half of the total cost) for a trip you
never took.

This US$0 Cancellation Policy is made from a fund we dispose for this purpose, based on the
statistics we collected over the years and with the firm conviction that transparency and honesty
are the qualities we have to treasure more than just the money.
