Good morning,

Our trip was great. Extremely well planned. The guides were punctual, polite, very helpful and informative. The guides were ALWAYS there to meet us at the airport when we landed and immediately took us to a waiting car/van. Never was there a misstep in the events of the trip. The guides all had electronic devices (phones, tablets) and could pull up our itinerary. They seemed to know more about what we were doing than we did. Very personalized service which was great for 2 people who are in their 70s. Everything was like clock work including the printing of boarding passes, train tickets, entry tickets. Our trust factor definitely increased as the days progressed. Recommend PeruTourism based on our experiences. Trip was worth the cost.

Two suggestions:

1. Would like a lunch or dinner with a local family in their house

2. Dann Carlton Hotel is very nice and the worth the 2 day stay when we toured the "Middle of the World", but when we returned from Galapagos to Quito for an overnight before we left to go to Mexico City to Houston, the Dann Carlton was an hour drive from the airport. Suggest a closer hotel to the airport because of the long drive and short time in Quito. Even a small, clean, safe hotel would work well.
